Role Overview:
Work one-on-one with patients in their homes, helping them regain mobility, independence, and overall quality of life. No prior home health experience? No problem! Comprehensive training and mentorship are provided.

 

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible to obtain)
• No prior home health experience required—training provided
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical reasoning skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and helping patients regain independence
