TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinic Oncology for a locum tenens job in Olympia, Washington.
Job Description & Requirements Job Details:
•\tPay: $125 Hr.
•\tCoverage: Late September/Early October – 6 Months – Full Time Commitment
•\tSetting: Clinic – Infusion Center onsite
•\tSchedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
•\tDaily Responsibilities: Clinic-based, working closely with 2 MDs and 1 PA-C, and supported by a robust staff team. Infusion Center onsite. No specific procedures required, but possible bone marrow biopsies in the future as provider becomes settled.
•\tNo Call
•\tPatients per shift: 8-14 Patients per day
•\tEMR: Epic
•\tCredentialing timeframe: 45-60 days
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted WA License
•\tActive BLS certifications
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience
•\tBoard Certified Oncology Nurse Practitioner – Hematology preferred
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
