About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing cross-border M&A deals, particularly on the sell-side. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in investment banking, a proven track record in transaction execution, and excellent client management skills. The Managing Director will be expected to demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CFA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in investment banking is required, with a specific emphasis on LMM-MM transactions and a deep understanding of M&A processes, capital markets, and financial advisory services. The role also requires strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will be a current Investment Banking Managing Director with a background in sell-side cross-border M&A, and will be based anywhere in the United States.
