• Navigate through the production floor, coordinating tasks among operators and ensuring streamlined run conditions.
• Identify innovation opportunities and assess staff development through active training sessions.
• Communicate openly with operations at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and top-tier product standards.
• Support team evaluations, giving constructive feedback for further growth.
• Conclude the day with a performance review, ensuring the completion of all required documentation including attendance reports.

• Over five years of supervisory experience, preferred in a manufacturing setting.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office suite and fluency in English communication, with Spanish being a bonus.
• Your flair for hands-on leadership, ready to guide large groups and collaborate seamlessly with other leaders.
• A proactive approach to reliability, problem-solving, and team motivation.

Absolute physical readiness: Constant mobility and engagement with the physical aspects of the production environment, demanding climbing, lifting, and adjustment to variable temperatures add to the excitement of this role.
