A fast-paced and highly respected law firm is seeking a  Marketing and Event Coordinator to play a critical role in enhancing its client engagement and promotional efforts. This position requires a motivated individual with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in collaboration with a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Planning and Coordination : Source and coordinate venues for client dinners, sponsorships, and other firm events.
• Invitation Management : Handle invitation distribution, track acceptances, input attendee information into Salesforce, and provide follow-ups with attorneys and attendees.
• Sponsorship Support : Complete necessary forms for sponsorship requests and other related event or marketing projects.
• Content Creation Assistance : Assist with design requests, blog posts, and other creative content as needed.
• Attorney Biographies : Conduct interviews with attorneys and craft detailed bios highlighting their expertise and experience.
• Data and File Management : Collect, organize, and save information into Google Drive for easy team access.
• General Marketing Support : Provide overarching coordination and administrative support for the marketing team.

This will be a six month remote contract role with the potential to extend.

• Proven  event management experience in corporate environments.
• Proficiency in  Salesforce and the  Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Exceptional  organizational and multitasking skills , with the ability to handle competing deadlines.
• Impeccable  attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.
• Outstanding  verbal and written communication skills , with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and executives.
• Experience with  Pardot and proficiency in  Google Drive is a plus.
• Prior experience in a  law firm or a similar industry is strongly preferred.
