Job Description

Our fast-growing marketing and brand promotions firm is hiring driven individuals to join our high-performance team. Whether you're a recent graduate or early in your career, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and fast-track your path to leadership .

You’ll work directly with national brands , support high-impact campaigns across a variety of industries, and benefit from paid training , travel opportunities , and mentorship from experienced marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns , brand strategies , and product rollouts

  • Collaborate across departments—including Sales , HR , and Leadership —to identify growth opportunities

  • Represent client brands at live events , community activations , and public outreach campaigns

  • Maintain consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints

  • Support event branding , content creation , and collateral development for both print and digital platforms

  • Contribute to media relations , internal communications , and PR initiatives

  • Create and refine compelling messaging and content to enhance storytelling and campaign impact

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , PR , Journalism , or a related field (preferred, not required)

  • 0–5 years of experience in marketing , brand promotions , event coordination , or communications

  • Familiarity with key marketing concepts such as brand awareness , strategic outreach , and customer engagement

  • Previous client-facing experience or background in an agency setting is a plus

  • All experience levels welcome – paid training provided
