Overview Founded by a massage therapist, the fundamental core of Elements Massage™ is to provide a truly customized therapeutic massage to every client, every session.That's The Elements Way®. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide professional and therapeutic massage treatments to our clients, helping them to relax, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall well-being. If you are a Massage Therapist with a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: -Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massages, according to client preferences and needs.
-Provide personalized recommendations for stretching exercises and self-care practices to improve clients' well-being.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing massage tables, equipment/supplies, and laundry after your clients'.
-Keep accurate SOAP notes of clients' conditions, progress, and treatment plans.
-Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and industry trends through continuous education and training.
-Uphold professional standards and ethical practices, ensuring client confidentiality and privacy.
-Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and promote the importance of self-care.
Requirements: -Must hold a valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
-Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing healing and relaxation.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
-Physical stamina and the ability to perform massages for extended periods.
-Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

-Estimated hourly rate of $55.00-$65.00 including gratuities.
