We are looking for a dedicated General Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers while ensuring that your restaurant operates with the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

As a family-owned McDonald's franchisee, 4 Gen Restaurants has been in operation since 1960, spanning four generations. We take great pride in our strong employee culture and commitment to our staff, with many of our managers having been with us for over 20 years.

With nine locations across seven cities in Illinois, this salaried position requires flexibility and availability to work at any of our locations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Achieve restaurant profit and service goals

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service management or other related fields 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
