Title Title: Certified Medical Assistant / Medical Coding & Billing Instructor (Full-Time) Location: Fort Worth, TX Job Type: Full-Time Onsite Department: Medical Assisting & Medical Coding and Billing Programs About the Role Are you passionate about helping others reach their full potential? Do you want to make an impact on the next generation of healthcare professionals? We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant with Medical Coding and Billing experience (or vice versa) to join our instructional team. The ideal candidate is versatile — able to move between Medical Assisting (MA) , Medical Coding and Billing (MCB) , and Mod 1 courses. No teaching experience? No problem — we’ll train you to teach! Responsibilities Teach core courses in Medical Assisting and Medical Coding & Billing programs. Deliver engaging lessons in classroom, lab, and online settings. Use EHR and billing software systems in instruction. Mentor students to support retention, certification readiness, and externship success. Create a positive and professional learning environment.
