The MA Receptionist role requires solid people skills as MA's are required to navigate relationships with the medical team, clients and other departmental teams. The MA will have an active role in the sales process and must have the ability to upsell and generate revenue. You will be responsible for providing an effective service to guests, providing wellness injections, ensuring their schedules are accurate, and responding to guest's questions and queries. You will also be responsible for ensuring a clean and organized work space, delivering excellent communication and administration services.
- Welcomes clients by greeting them in person
- Verify client information regarding medical history
- Assisting the Provider's during consultations when applicable
- Preparing and administering shots, including by intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections-as directed by a physician or other licensed provider (e.g., a nurse practitioner or physician assistant)
- Be knowledgeable on all products and procedures that are offered in the office, including skincare products

Experience - Must have a Current / Active CMA License / Certification in the State
- 1 - 2 years experience in Sales
- Experience giving injections / shots REQUIRED
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work some holidays
- Bi-lingual Spanish speaking a plus
- Must be able to type 35 wps
- Must be able to read, write and speak english well
