Pain Care Physicians (PCP) is a leading specialty medical practice dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients with chronic and acute pain. Our multidisciplinary approach integrates the latest in medical treatments and technology to improve patient outcomes. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Office Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations, including patient scheduling, procedure authorizations, and administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, ensuring a high level of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and office policies.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with vendors, insurance companies, and other external partners.
  • Implement and monitor office procedures to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Support marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives.
  • Address patient concerns and ensure a positive experience at the clinic.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medical office management systems, including electronic health records (EHR) and billing software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience in pain management or specialty medical practices.
