Internal Medicine Pediatric office looking to hire an enthusiastic, driven, experienced Medical Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Hours 7 am- 5pm Mon- Thursday, Friday 8 am to 12pm (work one half Saturday a month)

• Oversee and support all administrative duties

• Manage inventory

• Assist in development of office protocol and procedures, office layout, IT infrastructure

• Assist in billing, front office and back office operations

• Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency of the office

• Maintain office schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or medicine related field

• 2-5 years of work experience in administrative or office manage role

• Detail oriented

• Strong organization and time management skills, and ability to prioritize

• Take initiative

• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be able to multi task and wear different hats in the office

• Strong problem solving skills

• Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
