Mitigation Manager / Estimator – Restoration Services

At Rainbow Restoration of Shoreview, we help families and businesses recover after water, fire, and mold disasters. We’re looking for a Mitigation Manager / Estimator who is ready to lead our skilled mitigation team, oversee complex projects, and bring compassion and professionalism to customers during their toughest times.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & inspire : Manage and motivate our mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold restoration projects.

• Scope & estimate : Conduct on-site inspections, create detailed scopes of work, and prepare accurate estimates using .

• Develop your team : Coach and train technicians to achieve high standards of quality and customer care (in line with best practices).

• Drive results : Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Communicate clearly : Be the main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors.

• Stay organized : Maintain thorough documentation, compliance, and job files.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in mitigation/restoration (water, fire, mold).

• Proven leadership or management experience in the restoration industry.

• Strong proficiency with Xactimate estimating (required) and Symbility estimating (preferred).

• IICRC certifications (minimum WRT, willingness to obtain additional).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.

Compensation: Competitive salary (DOE) + bonuses + benefits
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (with occasional after-hours or weekend emergencies)
