Full-Time - Onsite

We are currently seeking a Production Scheduler, responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuously improving MRP data, production schedules, and operations reporting. The position also serves as a communication hub between sales, production, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Utilize a variety of information to schedule and prioritize production work orders in a manner that will achieve cost and service goals.
• Reconcile material on hand, coordinate cycle count program
• Production reporting, schedule attainment tracking
• MRP maintenance and improvements
• Monitor demand trends, suggest takt time adjustments
• Develop, distribute, and interpret production metric reports
• Develop capacity plan with sales, assist with forecast integration into MRP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Epicor experience highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, basic math and decision-making skills.
• Team player attitude, with a willingness to work in a dynamic, growing, demanding, and fastpaced environment.
• Personal drive to be proactive, rather than reactive.
• Understanding of TPS/Lean/6 sigma; commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in use of the English language, both written and verbal. Strong communication skills.
• Computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, Outlook; ERP system.

Working Conditions:

• Combination of office and warehouse/production floor environment
• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
