What You Need to Join: At least 2 full days of weekly availability this summer 2+ years of experience working with children (babysitting, classroom aide, camp counselor, etc.) 3–4 childcare references• CPR certification Positive, adaptable energy and strong communication skills• A valid driver’s license and car (not required in NYC or SF)• Must be 18+ Perks & Pay: $20/hr, paid biweekly Daily bonuses + overtime pay Health stipend, PTO, & more for consistent team members W2 employee status (not a contractor!)
