Base Salary: $250,000 to $300,000+Best-in-class benefits
Job Description:

* Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm

Requirements:
* Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
* Board certification in Nephrology.
* Current state medical license and DEA registration without restrictions
* Strong clinical skills and experience in caring for patients with kidney diseases across a variety of settings (inpatient, outpatient, dialysis, etc.)
* Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting cooperative decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
* Experience with value-based care models, quality improvement methodologies, and population health management initiatives preferred.
