Position: Occupational Therapist
Job Type: Full-Time(FTE)
Location: Parker-AZ
Base Salary: $100,000 to $117,000 +Best-in-class benefits

Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client input.
* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
* Educate clients and their families on treatment plans, strategies, and adaptive techniques.
* Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists.
* Stay current with evidence-based practices and advancements in occupational therapy.

Qualification:
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience is required.
* Occupational Therapist license for the state of AZ is required.

Skills and Certifications:
OT license for the state of AZ

Candidate Details:
*2+ to 5 years experience
*Seniority Level - Mid-Senior
*Minimum Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent
*Willingness to Travel - Always
