Join to apply for the Off Duty Police Officer role at Andy Frain Services Job Summary Support the stadium in its security needs and be an integral part of the facility’s operations by observing and reporting activities and incidents, while providing safety and security for the venue’s property and personnel. Off‑Duty Police Officers must maintain a professional image and help make our clients’ venues places where fans can have an unforgettable and safe experience. Responsibilities Be on time and report to post in full uniform. Deliver quality service and positive interaction with customers, greeting all visitors, vendors, and employees while maintaining standards of presentation and professionalism. Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations; respond immediately to emergency alarms or calls for help and assist as needed. Post orders may include wanding, metal detectors, bag search, pat‑downs, or other tasks as required. Be diligent and vigilant in safety awareness. Know and understand post orders, revisions, and daily event needs, and the chain of command. Responsibilities may be expanded as needed by the client. Minimum Qualifications MUST currently be working as a police officer, corrections officer, or a retired police officer with arrest powers in the State of Illinois. 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Skills and Abilities Honest, alert, and disciplined custodians of employee and customer property and safety. Strong customer service skills, exemplifying Andy Frain Services Mission Statement – “Customer Service is Every Employee’s Job.” Ability to facilitate progressive change, follow directions, work as part of a team, and maintain good relationships with colleagues. Work with a sense of urgency. Clear and effective oral and written communication skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to see, hear, speak, and write clearly to communicate with employees and customers. Can push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs. Normal vision or corrected by glasses/contact lenses. Can twist, turn, bend, stand, climb stairs, and walk as required to perform duties as an Off‑Duty Police Officer.
