We have been in the industry for more than 20 years, and have grown at a steady pace. Our company does design and metal fabrication for commercial and industrial application. Projects progress rapidly, meaning material, consumables, subcomponents, hardware, and other supplies are stocked and billed on regular basis. Additionally, we ship deliverables daily and need someone to complete the back end administrative work of billing and filing. We are looking for a candidate that can improve and maintain a filing system, execute and monitor Billing, and effectively navigate QB Online.

This is a full-time position, and we are not looking for a service provider or remote employee.

The ideal Candidate:

The perfect person will manage their time well, stay organized, and take pride in quality work. They will remain organized, and be able to self-task and communicate with clients professionally. Additionally, the ideal candidate will already have, or quickly develop an understanding of billables and be able to send accurate and timely itemized invoices. 

General skills needed:

  • QuickBooks Online
  • Understanding of contracts, terms and billables
  • Computer Proficiency 
  • Data entry
  • Professional Communication (written / verbal)
  • Planning, Organization, Time Management

Example Duties:

  • Review project schedules to identify any partial billing requirements
  • Review receipts from purchasing
  • Catalogue purchases in accordance with job numbers
  • Consolidate costs of goods and draft invoices for deliverables
  • Submit customer invoices
  • Generate aging report
  • Scan, document, and organize project documents
  • Conduct various administrative tasks
