The selected candidate will assist with general office tasks, telephone answering, data entry, and customer support in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Answer and route incoming telephone calls in a courteous, professional manner
Perform accurate data entry , record updates, and database maintenance
Prepare, scan, and organize electronic and physical files
Handle general office correspondence, including email and mail distribution
Support administrative and clerical duties such as scheduling, copying, and filing
Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and friendliness
Maintain office supplies and ensure an organized, efficient workspace
Prior experience in an administrative assistant or clerical support role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
Ability to multitask and work independently
Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
