Kaizen Empire is a dynamic and rapidly expanding eCommerce company headquartered in the United States. We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and selling an extensive range of children’s toys on Amazon US and through our own online store. With a diverse portfolio of over 100 products, we have successfully achieved a revenue of over $80 million USD. Our mission is rooted in the principle of continuous improvement—whether it's enhancing our team, refining our processes, or expanding our market presence. As we solidify our leadership in the US market, we are also setting our sights on new opportunities in other regions and countries.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team. Experience with other marketplaces is not required but is highly beneficial. In this role you will primarily be responsible for managing and maintaining the Amazon Seller account, optimizing listings, coordinating the full cycle of product launches and working closely with marketing, design and supply chain to ensure the overall success of our Amazon Business. The secondary focus will be expansion of the Amazon Business to other countries (CA, MX, EU) and building a presence on other marketplaces such as Target, Walmart and our own store.
