We are seeking a growth-minded Optometrist to join our renown team of 3 MD s and 2 OD at Outlook Eye Care . Our subspecialty ophthalmology practice has service lines including comprehensive, cataracts, refractive, cornea, retina, oculoplastic, and glaucoma. We have 2 state-of-the-art offices in Princeton and Monroe Township. Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care.

• Minimum Base Salary of $180,000 per year
• A $5,000 Signing / Relocation Bonus
• Lucrative quarterly Productivity Bonuses with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections and very attractive credited revenue for post-op co-management and LDD for LAL patients.
• Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75 th %ile compensation
• Paid CME, PTO, malpractice coverage, and outstanding benefits package including (health, vision, dental, life, etc.) and a 401(k).
