Order Management Consultant 
Our client, a fast-growing AI research company focused on building safe and interpretable AI systems, is seeking an experienced Order Management Consultant to support its Revenue Accounting team during a period of rapid growth and transformation. 

This position is 100% remote, with the option to work hybrid from their San Francisco office. This opportunity has an initial duration of three months, with the potential to be extended. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale order management and billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve complex billing scenarios, including contract modifications and non-standard pricing.
• Support month-end close activities, including invoice verification and usage validation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Revenue Accounting, Legal, Tax, GTM, and Finance Systems.
• Drive process improvements and lead system implementations, including RFPs and vendor management.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in billing/order management within high-growth SaaS or tech companies.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Stripe; experience with automation is preferred.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes for SaaS (subscription and consumption models).
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• Data analysis skills; SQL experience is a plus.
