Are you a results-driven Ads Manager with a proven track record of turning clicks into conversions? We’re seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to manage our paid marketing campaigns across Google and Facebook, with a strong focus on strategic retargeting and lead generation. ### **About the Role:**
You will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing our digital advertising strategies. Your expertise will directly drive the growth of **Lartey Wellness Group**, **IV Hydration Services**, and **Lartey Realty Group**.
### **What You’ll Do:**
* Strategize and manage **Google Ads** and **YouTube campaigns** to increase leads and conversions.
* Design and implement **Facebook Ads** and **retargeting campaigns** to re-engage potential clients and nurture leads.
* Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance for maximum ROI and KPI achievement.
* Provide clear, data-driven reports on campaign results with actionable recommendations.
* Oversee multiple campaigns concurrently across our brand portfolio.
* (Bonus) Apply SEO best practices and advanced retargeting techniques to maximize impact.
