Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Manager located in Bergenfield, NJ. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing and ordering automotive parts, and maintaining stock levels to ensure the efficient operation of the service department. Duties include overseeing parts staff, handling customer inquiries, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that parts are received, checked, and properly stored. The Parts Manager will also maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Inventory management and ordering skills
• Experience in managing a parts department and staff
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with parts management software and systems
• Familiarity with automotive parts and industry knowledge
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in automotive parts management is a plus
• Previous experience in a dealership or similar setting is preferred
