Job Description
Job Duties:
The Payer Enrollment Technician is responsible for processing provider enrollments and re-enrollments with payers. This position manages the forms repository, submits documents for translation, and accurately documents HIPAA-reported incidents. Confidentiality and attention to detail are essential in this role. The Technician also provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Revenue Cycle and HIM Supervisor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 1 year experience in general secretarial experience, healthcare experience preferred. Post secondary education may substitute for years of experience. 1 year of experience in medical office or administrative support position.
Shift Schedule:
Full-Time ; Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
