Payroll Support Coordinator

Location: Ashland City, TN

Position Overview:

We’re partnering with a leading U.S. manufacturer in the marine and industrial products industry to hire a Payroll Support Coordinator for their Ashland City, TN facility. What You’ll Do:

• Review, update, and audit employee timecards
• Maintain accurate records for exemptions, deductions, and paid time off
• Process job transfers and historical edits within payroll systems
• Provide and verify hours for contractor agencies
• Reconcile payroll registers and ensure accuracy in workforce management tools
• Generate daily/weekly reporting for plant and HR leadership
• Track employee vacation balances
• Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with UKG Workforce Management or similar payroll/timekeeping software
• 3+ years of payroll or related administrative experience preferred
• High school diploma required; associate degree in Accounting or related field a plus
