Job Details We are seeking a hands-on Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for our growing, multi-state operation. You’ll work closely with HR and Accounting to support a smooth and compliant payroll function in a dynamic, distribution-based environment. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for hourly and salaried employees using ADP Ensure accuracy of employee data including wages, deductions, garnishments, and benefits Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with state and federal wage and hour laws Reconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end close processes Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Coordinate with HR and Accounting to ensure accuracy of onboarding, terminations, and compensation changes Assist in audits and reporting as needed Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience processing payroll, preferably in a distribution or multi-site environment Proficient in ADP (Workforce Now or similar platforms) knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and tax compliance Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving setting Strong Excel and data entry skills Interested in hearing more?
