Working alongside a Strategic People Partner, youll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR and OD functions. Responsibilities

Were looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in local government.
• A strong understanding of working with trade unions and fostering effective employee relations.
• A collaborative approach to supporting managers and teams through change and growth.

Youll collaborate with managers and employees to foster a positive workplace culture, support employee lifecycle processes, and deliver impactful learning interventions.
