For this role, Epsilon is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing Performance Marketing team. This role is focused on B2B lead-generating performance media channels supporting the marketing initiatives of Epsilon. The Performance Marketing team helps to drive client acquisition & sales pipeline across our suite of products. More specifically, we are looking for a person versed in programmatic channels; leveraging B2B audiences & content assets to deliver Epsilon’s message in the best way for efficacy & efficiency. What you’ll do: Must have a keen understanding of B2B lead-generating practices across paid media channels (video, display, content syndication, PPC, Social) with a focus on programmatic platforms for display & video activation Develop, and manage, an ongoing innovation & testing roadmap in the form of A/B tests, multi-variate, creative message, dynamic testing to innovate across your platforms Draw from previous experience that can offer new perspectives and innovation for a world-class agency to attract new clients You know about the levers to pull to optimize performance across channels to continuously improve KPIs You understand the media landscape, and when to recommend some tactics over others. Drive & own your business, where you can synthesize a data-driven recommendation with confidence. This is an internally visible role that offers autonomy and ownership. Managing complex media budgets with frequency & excellent hygiene for accuracy, as well as media calendars & documentation to share across the organization. Able to lead vendors, both internally and externally to ensure we are leveraging the latest & greatest capabilities to drive our business. You will be the face of Epsilon for our partners. Comfortably communicate with authenticity & honesty across the organization’s different levels & stakeholders. Additional responsibilities as assigned. What you’ll bring: 3-5 years of experience with emphasis on performance marketing & programmatic strategy within the B2B space BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or applicable experience in which the required knowledge was gained. Track record of translating business goals into outcomes & results. Time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously. Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving, and attention to detail with ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization. Strong understanding of B2B audience targeting tactics. Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.).
