Personalized Training Programs : Design and implement customized fitness plans tailored to clients' individual needs and goals.
Motivational Coaching : Inspire and motivate clients to maintain a positive mindset, overcome challenges, and stay committed to their fitness journey.
Instruction and Demonstration : Provide clear and adequate instructions on proper exercise techniques, ensuring clients perform movements safely and effectively
Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and track clients' progress, adjusting training programs to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
Client Education: Educate clients on the importance of a balanced lifestyle, including exercise, nutrition, and recovery, to enhance overall well-being.
Maintain a Fit and Healthy Appearance: As a Fitness Trainer, you must maintain a fit and healthy appearance to represent a healthy lifestyle for clients visually.
Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, research, and industry developments. Pursue ongoing education and certifications to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Client Engagement: Foster a positive and supportive training environment, building strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction.
The best part is that you do not need to make sales and build up your clientele; we provide them! All you do is TRAIN!
Qualifications:
✅Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM), or getting one. If not, you must be willing to get certified within 90 days.
✅CPR/AED certification.
✅Proven experience in designing and implementing effective fitness programs.
✅Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅A passion for fitness and a commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
✅Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
✅Must be able to pass a fitness test on a quarterly basis.
Job Type: Part-time (Full-time available as well)

Morning shift (5:00AM to 1:00PM availability)
Evening shift (12:00PM to 8:00PM availability)
Weekends as needed (7:00AM to 12:00PM availability)
Or flexible schedule for students
Hourly pay: $25-30/hr depending on experience
