JOB OVERVIEW:
Our Blink Personal Trainers provide personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programming to each member to maximize the members health, fitness, and wellness goals while providing the highest level of customer service. As Personal Training Manager, you will oversee a team of trainers looking to build their business and act as the main point of contact for training offerings, coaching, and sales. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to boost personal training revenue
- Create engaging email marketing campaigns to promote personal training services among new and existing members
- Initiate outbound communication to follow up with members, encouraging them to sign up or utilize sessions
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and optimize the sales process
- Create attainable goals for individual team members and track performance
Team Training and Development - Provide 1:1 coaching to personal trainers to increase member to client conversion rates
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess sales skills, training performance, and client engagement
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new personal trainers
- Act as the first point of contact for personal training team for any internal or client concerns
- Work with trainers to build out monthly group class calendar and additional member engagement events
QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer
- 1+ years experience in sales (cold calling is a plus)
- Previous experience with Mailchimp is a plus
- Desire to help coach a team to reach their potential and build their business
- Ability to promote an established fitness brand and network.
CERTIFICATIONS: - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required
- Approved Personal Training Certification Required
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: - Base pay plus monthly commission
