Qualifications: We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, and have strong organizational skills, effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to professionally work well with others and to maintain positive relationships with co-workers, clients, and customers.
While no prior experience is necessary, customer service experience is preferred, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, and an ability to learn and utilize other software products needed.
Must be reliable, responsible and punctual.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal shop/pet services environment. Regular exposure to dogs, dog hair, and unpleasant odors.
Responsibilities: Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, book appointments, greet and welcome clients as well as their pets, keeping up with clients’ and staffs’ questions and concerns, updating the client’s database, and any other assigned tasks.
Duties will also include, attending to clients’ dogs, maintaining a clean, sanitized reception and back of the store area.
