Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic located inside
LA Fitness in

Services offered: - Lower extremity rehabilitation
- Manual hands-on therapy
- Outpatient physical therapy
- Pre- & Post-Operative Care
- Spine rehabilitation
- Sports rehabilitation
- Upper body rehabilitation
- Work Injury Rehabilitation
Responsibilities: - Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Develop individualized care plans
- Perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
- Treat pre- and post-operative patients, spine, and extremity conditions
- Document patient progress using advanced EMR tools
Qualifications: - Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice as a Physical Therapist
