About the Role

• As a Physical Therapy Specialist, you will provide comprehensive and effective Physical Therapy services tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. Your role involves implementing evaluations, designing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families to ensure optimal recovery and functionality.
• Our Department : The Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan are dedicated to helping patients regain their physical mobility and functional independence. We specialize in areas including orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehabilitation, and chronic pain management using movement therapies.
• What We Are Looking For : We require a valid Oregon Physical Therapy license and current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification. Candidates must show a willingness to travel to various care locations.
• Key Skills : Our ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of therapy principles and methods, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, the capability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, and excellent time management skills to handle a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Physical Demands : You may encounter a range of physical activities, from sitting to standing and lifting various weights, as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
