Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Description:

As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner , you will work with a collaborative healthcare team to provide concierge-style primary care to a select group of patients onsite in the Laurel Heights area of San Francisco.
Your responsibilities include managing both urgent and preventative care, assisting with treatment planning, and supporting a wide range of clinical and administrative duties.
You will deliver comprehensive exams, follow-up visits, and urgent care, with a strong focus on prevention and lifestyle medicine.
Additionally, you will perform clinical duties such as blood draws, EKGs, and other non-invasive tests, as well as provide administrative support for scheduling and coordinating patient care.
Effective communication with patients, consulting providers, and specialists is crucial to ensure coordinated care.
You will also contribute to process improvements and quality enhancement initiatives in a low-volume, supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements:

Active California RN license with board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Strong clinical skills in primary care, phlebotomy, and IV administration.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Comfort with technology and motivation for continuous learning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on patient care.
