Qualifications Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it. Must have a valid driver's license. Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is preferred; Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
