Proof is seeking Process Servers to join its network of independent contractors to deliver legal documents in your area. Set your own schedule and determine your workload. Responsibilities Deliver legal documents (process serving) to recipients in your assigned area. Set your own schedule and determine workload based on available jobs. Qualifications Certification: You must be a Licensed, Registered, or Certified Process Server if your state or county laws require it. Must have a valid driver's license. Technical Skills: Proficient with iPhone/iPad or Android devices and capable of using a mobile app. Document Handling: Ability to scan and print documents (free printing services available via FedEx). Experience: Prior experience in process serving or a related field (law enforcement, private investigations, etc.) is preferred; Proof is not an employer and does not provide training.
