While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

We are looking for goal-oriented, self motivated, Product Manager who thrives in a fast paced startup environment, comfortable with dealing with ambiguity, is able to think through complex challenges & align cross functional teams effectively to launch products. Previous experience in building customer facing products, payments knowledge is definitely a value add for this role. Someone who has a proven track record of building & launching payment product solutions, someone who understands the workings of cards & banks including ACH & networks

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)

• Drive the full product lifecycle, encompassing strategy, opportunity evaluation, roadmap planning, launch, and post-launch growth.

• Identify new product opportunities leveraging client and market insights.

• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and other key partner teams to efficiently deliver impactful new capabilities and features.

• Define and manage metrics to guide product prioritization and measure success.

• Generate excitement around a shared vision and align teams to successfully realize.

• Clearly articulate plans and progress internally to key partners and executive leadership, and communicate product functionality to clients

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• 5+ years of product management experience or relevant domain expertise.

• Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on products at scale.

• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.

• Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to work effectively with incomplete or ambiguous information.

• Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and leading senior engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Desire for continuous improvement.

• Strong interest in cryptocurrency, financial markets and the Coinbase mission.

$180,370—$212,200 USD
