Job Purpose

We are actively seeking an efficient Production Manager to join our growing team. The Production Manager/Scheduler plans and prepares production schedules and processes for the Business Center. The Production Manager will coordinate daily Work-in-progress (WIP) meetings to ensure efficient workflow.

What we expect of you:

• Overseeing the overall efficiency/production, quality and safety of the printing department
• Managing production schedules and fulfilling orders in a timely manner
• Communicating effectively with the center owner and staff regarding matters specific to print production and order fulfillment
• Supervising print production department
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment and work environment is performed as scheduled
• Performing routine inventory counts of all print stock, raw materials and supplies
• Other duties as assigned by the center manager or owner.

What you'll need to be successful:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with demonstrated work experience and knowledge (required)
• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years Industry Experience (preferred)
• Ability to accept direction and feedback
• Ability to communicate and train effectively
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving and time management skills
• Proficiency in design and print software and printer hardware.
• Ability to hire, train and mentor print production staff
