Solventum is seeking Production Operator candidates to join our team in Stafford Springs CT! Starting Pay: $21.06/hour + Shift Premiums. Other production positions within the site have increased pay opportunities dependent on experience. Solventum Purification & Filtration business is in transition to be sold to Thermo Fisher Scientific by end of 2025. As a Production Operator, you will operate production lines according to written work instructions and process parameters, perform routine cleaning and maintenance, complete quality tests and data entry, follow safety rules, process and pack materials, perform product line changeovers, prepare and inspect paperwork, and may handle hazardous waste. Must communicate effectively in English. Minimum qualifications include High School Diploma/GED. Additional qualifications include one year manufacturing experience and good communication skills. Work location is onsite at 32 River Rd, Stafford Springs, CT 06076. No travel required. Must be legally authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
