Program Manager - The Program Manager for the Virtual Sales Assistant Program will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and ongoing success of our virtual sales assistant initiative. This position demands a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in program or project management and a passion for driving operational excellence. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, issue resolution, and the continuous monitoring of virtual sales assistant devices and enterprise management software. Additionally, they will act as the primary liaison between Metro by T-Mobile (our client) and Real Time Technologies, handling all matters related to the warranty exchange program.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000/Yr. 

Our pay structure takes into account various geographical markets within the United States. The base salary for this role reflects the typical expected earnings. However, the final compensation package is determined by several factors, such as your location, job-specific expertise, skills, experience, and other relevant job-related considerations.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively manage and resolve daily operational challenges related to virtual sales assistant devices and software. Ensure swift and effective solutions to minimize any disruptions, keeping operations running smoothly.
  • Oversee and assess the performance and functionality of virtual sales assistant devices and management software. Generate and present regular reports to leadership, highlighting program status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and emerging trends or issues.
  • Continuously monitor feedback from support teams, analyzing data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Metro by T-Mobile and Real Time Technologies’ internal teams. Facilitate clear and consistent communication, ensuring that all warranty exchange program issues and requests are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all program processes, issues, and resolutions. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and industry regulations, safeguarding the program’s integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, sales, and logistics, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the virtual sales assistant program.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Lead initiatives to optimize the virtual sales assistant program, ensuring it remains innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
  • Strong familiarity with enterprise management software and virtual sales assistant technologies is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset to effectively address and resolve operational challenges.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
