Position: Property Manager
Location: San Francisco, 94107
Salary Range: $30 per hour
Type: Temp to Hire
Start Date: Immediate
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (This job is ONSITE - Not Remote)
Must be familiar with Section 8 and HUD
Responsibilities:
• Property Management: Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including repairs, renovations, and regular inspections to ensure the property is in excellent condition.
• Tenant Relations: Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address their concerns promptly, and oversee the leasing process, including tenant screening, leasing agreements, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Financial Management: Handle rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting to ensure the property's financial success.
• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests, oversee contractors, and ensure the property remains well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing.
• Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local and state regulations, including safety and environmental standards.
• Marketing: Assist in marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and effectively advertising available spaces.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Property Manager.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of property management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with local and state property management regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
