ASTRSK is looking to bring on an Assistant Account Executive to join our growing company as a member of our consumer team. This candidate should have experience working with, or a passion for, brands across consumer tech, consumer health, fintech, AI, SaaS, VC and more. We are an NYC-based agency with a hybrid schedule – applicants must be able to come into our office with their team on Tuesdays/Thursdays and will work from home the other three days a week.
One of the foundational pieces of our larger teams, ASTRSK AAEs are passionate and excited to learn more about the startup industry and provide support to the rest of the team to meet client goals and deadlines. They possess strong organizational skills, an enthusiastic attitude, an ability to prioritize and keep others on track, and a desire to excel within the company.
They are responsible for understanding client messaging to compile detailed meeting agendas and action items, as well as handling relevant industry research, tracking client coverage and actively pitching the media. Their understanding of messaging, protocol, and strategy will lead them to early-level pitching, media relations, and light client relations.
