Job Summary: Our client is seeking a QA Tester to join their team! This position is located in Tempe, Arizona. Duties: Plan, write, and execute tests for web-based payment processing systems, APIs, third-party integrations, and point-of-sale hardware Collaborate with QA team members, product owners, software developers, and leadership within a Scrum-based Ensure products meet or exceed quality standards through thorough testing and validation Analyze requirements and identify test cases, scenarios, and edge cases Report, track, and assist in resolving defects and issues throughout the development lifecycle Contribute to ongoing improvements in QA processes, documentation, and testing strategies Support domestic and international teams during QA cycles and product releases Adapt to evolving software requirements and business needs with agility and precision Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to align QA efforts with team goals Demonstrate ownership and accountability in ensuring product reliability and performance Desired Skills/Experience: Knowledge of full system development life cycles Understanding and application of quality assurance practices, standards, and tools Experience with automated and/or manual testing in web and client-server environments Proven ability to write test cases, test plans, and use cases Familiarity with structured test methodologies Hands-on experience developing and executing test scripts Ability to generate and communicate test execution reports Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $44.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
