Job Description

A top-tier high-frequency proprietary trading firm based in New York is seeking experienced Quantitative Crypto Traders to join its growing digital assets team. The firm offers flexibility for remote work and provides access to world-class research, execution, and risk management infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building and deploying high-performance strategies across DeFi, CeFi, and hybrid venues. Whether you're optimizing MEV extraction, designing cross-chain arbitrage, or building predictive models for token flows, you'll have the autonomy and resources to push boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and manage systematic trading strategies across digital asset markets.
  • Conduct alpha research using large datasets and advanced modeling techniques.
  • Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to optimize execution and latency.
  • Monitor strategy performance and adapt models to changing market conditions.
  • Stay informed on crypto market structure, exchange dynamics, and emerging trends.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of live trading experience with a proven track record in quantitative or systematic strategies.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, DeFi protocols, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Experience operating in mid- to high-frequency trading environments.
  • Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or similar) and proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Solid grasp of market microstructure, derivatives, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with machine learning or AI-driven approaches is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
