Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Reach Truck Operator to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This position is responsible for operating reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to move, locate, load, and unload product within our distribution facility, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to move materials to/from designated areas within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, stage, and replenish inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management system (WMS).
• Unload and load trailers as needed using reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, or pallet jacks.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles and product locations.
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report mechanical issues immediately.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company standard operating procedures.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits , and general warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 year of recent reach truck operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain through company training.
• Proficient in using RF scanners and basic WMS systems .
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance record.

Work Environment & Schedule:

• Full-time, hourly position on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
• This role may occasionally support workload on 3rd shift during periods of reduced production on 1st shift, based on operational needs.
• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
• Non-climate-controlled and high-bay warehouse environment.
