Crown Reach Truck Operator - 2nd Shift Opportunities

Position Summary:
Join our fast-paced distribution team as a Crown Reach Truck Operator . We're looking for reliable, safety-focused operators to keep our warehouse running smoothly. In this role, you'll use reach trucks and other powered equipment to move, load, and unload products with accuracy, efficiency, and care.

What You'll Do:

• Safely operate a stand-up reach truck to move products within the warehouse.
• Accurately pick, stage, and replenish inventory using RF scanners and WMS.
• Load and unload trailers using reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, or pallet jacks.
• Perform equipment checks, maintain clean aisles, and follow all safety protocols.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and general warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of recent reach truck experience in a warehouse/distribution setting.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to certify through company).
• Comfortable with RF scanners and basic WMS systems.
• Detail-oriented, safety-driven, and reliable.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift.

Work Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: (times vary by location/need)
• Full-time, overtime available as needed.
• Non-climate-controlled, high-bay warehouse environment.
