DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity on a team of top performers, apply today!Responsibilities•Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline•Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message•Achieving productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales contact)•Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, and overall management of the sales pipeline through the sales cycle•Manage cultivation of inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments•Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections•Participate in regular training and education requirements•Support team initiatives and growth•Be willing to test new ideas and able to provide constructive feedback•Thrive in a high-paced environment•Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process•Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions•Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs•Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline•Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are metQualifications•Must possess a Texas real estate license or be willing to start the process of becoming licensed•Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills•Has superb interpersonal and communication skills•Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts•Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken•Passionate about selling•Enthusiastic with excellent people skills•Proven leadership, Independent and self-motivated•Extremely strong phone skills: the ability to set and close appointments over the phone•Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line•Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented•Highest level of integrity and respect for others•Practices self-discipline•Able to stay on task without constant supervision to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals•Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific marketing/lead technologies•Decisive and proactive•The ideal candidate will be open to a flexible schedule•Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred•Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills•Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car•Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
