Job Description

DEZ Development LLC is a fast-growing real estate design and build company specializing in innovative and high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team and bring our spaces to life with thoughtful, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. The Interior Designer will work closely with our development and construction teams to design interiors that align with our project vision, market trends, and client expectations. This role requires a strong understanding of materials, space planning, and the ability to manage design projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities:

  • Stay current on the latest design trends including decorating techniques, new materials, innovative tools and sustainability issues and implement them into every design project
  • Aid in the marketing of homes by developing flyers and brochures that highlight specific features and help ensure quick sales
  • Oversee the purchasing and installation of all furniture, equipment and decor so staging is done on time and on budget
  • Coordinate all construction and design projects to be on time and on budget so clients’ expectations are met and/or exceeded
  • Organize and attend both virtual and still photo shoots to help create enticing property presentations
  • Meet with clients in their homes to develop staging plans that help the property sell quickly
Qualifications:
  • Must hold a Degree/License in Interior Design and have at least 2 years of experience
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  • Current on the latest furniture trends
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to a client and their needs
