Job Description
Top-producing Agent is seeking an experienced real estate listing coordinator to join our team at Sotheby's International Realty. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of prior experience working for a realtor. A real estate license is preferred. This position is well-suited for someone who may have tried being an agent but now prefers a steady paycheck.
Please note that this role is not designed for new licensees looking to learn the business in the hopes of becoming an agent.
We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, is detail-oriented, thinks proactively, and knows how to move projects forward. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing a residential real estate listing transaction from start to finish. Responsibilities include marketing, assisting clients in preparing their homes, coordinating with vendors (such as photographers and painters), and drafting contracts (including the Residential Listing Agreement, counteroffers, backup offer acceptances, and requests for repairs).
